Porno Joe
Ive had this BSER rollpan sitting in my basement for 2 years and finally got sick of looking at it and put it on. i molded it in too. heres an in progress pic: I ended up cutting off the bolts BSER glassed in and completely remaking my own mounting system so I didnt have to drill a hole thru my bed. I also cut and reglassed both ends to fit better before molding. Here is the finished product:

hawks
That looks great!!!!!!!! I wanted to mold mine in to but decided not to. After having 2 trucks with moled in roll pans they split at the molded spots. They were both stepsides with fiberglass roll pans. Maybe you want have this poblem. If it does just use some touch up paint to hide the cracks. Vibration and twisting is what causes this.

Porno Joe
normally i do my own paint, but this time since its black i did all the prep and let my buddy who owns a body shop spray it in his paint booth. As far as cracking, im fairly certain the new brackets we designed should keep this thing from moving at all. i used the screw holes BSER put in the top but instead of 2 bolts thru the bed, I redesigned it so there are now 8 bolts.
