firehawknwv
Hey have any of you guys tried this P90X. Im getting copies of the 12 disc workout but from what Ive read on the site each disc is a different routine. I know you do the workout for 90 sessions but I wasnt sure if u put one disc in and do that workout for a giving time then put in another disc and do that routine and continue each for that day. Or if you there was a set routine for each day. If any of you that have tried it can tell me how it works please let me know, thanx.

Not sure about the order u go in or anything, but I will say I've tried it before and it is pretty good, beats the hell out of ya
SSplaytoy
I have never tried it, but I can give you a bit of advise to go along with it. Whether you are doing it to loose weight or to tone up, make sure you sleep right and try to eat about 5-6 times a day in healthier smaller portions. Those two things with dedication will yield you the quickest and best results.

rojo_143
I have the full set If you get a copy of the book it has a 90 work out routine. The ab ripper workouts are amazing that is the only real thing i still use. This program is meant for the person who is already fit and is just looking to get cut up, and it is true the first time i tried it i did three work outs two being the the different ab routines and for the next three days I was sore in places i didn't know could get sore. There are two different routes u can take as far as routines normal and extreme. I would recommend starting with the routine for the first coupleday then if you want bump up to the extreme. Have Fun Be ready to sweat very fast pace.
Cramer
If you are serious about getting in shape and want some help with it go to www.teambeachbody.com On the homepage of the site the guy on the left is one of my good friends and he is a true success story with the P90X. They have people who will help you as a coach and pretty much be your personal trainer. They can answer your questions. My friend that was mentioned above was in the running for a million dollar prize for the P90X competition they had.
JennaBear
The new Insanity workout looks pretty good too. I was looking into the P90X workout, but I am not sure it is a good workout for women, so I think I might try the other one during travel. 96vteccd5
I lost about 28lbs, some inches, toned up, and get my strength up from using P90X. We are now using the P90X plus dvd's with the regular P90x and are through some weight training into the mix. I recommend these DVD's to everyone. The biggest thing though is to change around your diet. If your eating a lot of unhealthy food and drinking beer & Alcohol, it is going to make it hard to drop. patience
Hello. One of my friend’s buddies brought over a beer bong while we watched UFC 100. Lets just say it was a bad idea. I’ve been pretty much hungover the entire day. Sometimes, I really wonder why I poison myself with alcohol. Tomorrow brings with it the start of phase 2 of P90x.
