streatsboy
Sand and buff them! Start out with some 1500 to cut in, then step to 2000, then some 3000. After sanding get some good rubbing compound and rub it on until it starts to shine again! Then follow with a polishing compound and you have new headlights

firehawknwv
Or you cna buy this stuff by 3M that cleans clear plastic to a shine. You can get it a Walmart in the auto section for like 6 bucks I think. Ive used it and it works great espectially for people who have headlights with them being turned yellow. Rays B4U
For the fogging up problem; can you run a bead of silicon sealer on all the seams and put some white grease around the hole where the bulb goes and cure it?
