Well I haven't been on in some time. I just sold my 2004 with 158000 miles. Her replacement is a 2017 Silverado LTZ Z71 double cab black on black.I won't be racing this one.

When working on German cars their torque spec is called........ good-n-tight. Oh by the way dont google that phrase with younger ones around.lol

How is it measured? Valve Lift is the amount (usually in inches) that the valve is lifted off of its seat. It is usually measured with a dial indicator at the tip of the valve. Lobe Lift is the amount (usually in inches) that the cam lobe increases in radius above the cam base circle. Tip: To quickly find maximum lobe lift, measure the base circle of the cam and subtract it from the thickness across the cam lobe’s highest point (see the diagram below). Tip: Maximum valve lift can be calculated by multiplying the maximum lobe lift times the rocker ratio. For example, a 0.310" lobe lift cam yields 0.496" of valve lift when using a 1.6 ratio rocker arm. Formula: valve lift = lobe lift x rocker ratio

Yea I'm still here. LOL Havent driven the truck since November!!! I parked it thru the winter and got busy with other things. So..... now I'm looking to replace the damaged wheel and other cosmetic items. Oh.... also some mechanical issues. So,help me out guys!!!!!! I need a wheel

I need a source for a replacment wheel for my SS. The wheel is damaged and cant be straightened. It is a 20" oem silver wheel. New or used is ok with me. Thanks in advance.

I am bringing this build back from the dead. As life throws us things we dont expect I had to put the build on the back burner. But I have been busy with getting parts and doing a lot of transmission rebuilds for extra cash to support the build process. With that being said. I will be posting some pics soon.
