Rocky81
Hey fellas sorry for all the threads. I found a transmission guy where I'm at to rebuild my transmission. He said it will be 1800-2000cdn. I asked him about a shift kit and he said \i shouldn't need one that he would be able to make it shift nice by adjusting some other things. He said he would put in a corvette servo and sonnex servo. What other parts should i get him to put in. And what questions should i ask him about the build. He said he would give me a one year warranty.

sprayed99
Wait he is charging you that for labor? If so you need to find another builder. You can call my father for any advice on parts. His number is in the HPM subforum.

Fireman31
With labor, fluid, and parts, that price is reasonable for a standard 4L60/65E rebuild.......They usually range from $1700-$2200 around here depending on the shop. You should still definitely look into a shift kit though......

sprayed99
complete rebuild reinstalled 1 year warranty hmmmm then why are you asking for a parts list? You do understand by upgrading those parts it also upgrades that cost. If you still want a list of parts I can give it to you.
