4.8t Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 i searched around and didn't see a thread on this. i got an answer but i thought I'd make a thread anyway in-case anyone else ran into this. i replaced my front output shaft seal today. the inner portion is a very tight fit over the output shaft. and it spins with the shaft while the outer portion stays still. my question was is it suppose to do this. the answer i received was yes it is. just good info to have if you have to install one your self.
