Ss Emblem On The Seats

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have changed the color of your SS emblems on ur headrests. I was thinking of changing mine to blue to match the truck more. If any of you have done this can you tell me if there is a way to do it without removiing the headrests and have them done at a shop somewhere. Thanx!

For US red guys, I bet they would look good color matched.

I have seen them in red......no bueno. My opinion of course

did you paint yours??? what paint did you use?

Yes. Go to a hobby store and pick up the Testers brand silver model paint. Its got a runny consistancy that obsorbs into the stitching in the emblem really well. Looks exactly like it was stitched unless you told someone its painted.

Is there only one kind of silver paint? Yours came out good did you clean them first? I'm gonna look for that paint online
