Cabin Air Filters

All years, fuel filters = yes.

Cabin filters, 02 was the last year  I sure wish they still had them, everytime I turn on my car after a big wind, I get a face full of dust

Please let me add-- My truck is an 04 and it does have a fuel filter in the form of a sock attached to the fuel pump in the tank. As far as one I can easily change  If it has one I can't find it... :dunno:

Well, the smell is kind of reminding of a dirty shoe.

Im an hvac tech, and ive heard rumors and stories of the "Dirty sock" smell. It is caused by an unknown bacteria. It grows on the ac coil and start smelling when wet, which happens in ac. In the hvac world, no one can permanantly get rid of it.

Whay has me worried is that i noticed this for the first

time after i started my ac.

Ill search his thread. Thanks
