silverado777
Anyone have any idea what it would take to sawp out my axle for an ss axle? I do have drums and the ss has disc? Would it be worth it?
chpspecial
Unbolting the old and reinstalling the new, Plug and Play. You can keep your brakes or go disk. If you go disk you will mostlikely need the brakelines that are on the SSS diff.

chpspecial
You will need the parking brake pull cables from the disk brakes axle, to the connector. Forgot about that. As far a the valve you can pick one up for an AWD SS but I didn't change it since I kept my disk brakes.

silverado777
How much should I be looking to spend on a decent 14 bolt rear end?
chpspecial
How much should I be looking to spend on a decent 14 bolt rear end? 750-950 online, or go to a local dismantler and see what they can do. Also depends on millage, options and disk/drum brakes
