2bseen
Well I went to a hole in the wall 1/8 track tonight and got sick. I knew the truck was slow but this is bad, best run of 9.71 72.26 mph with a 2.08 60ft, ran 9.7s 3 times. This is a very bad track (stock ta ran 10.1) but I thought I would run in the low 9s. Truck has asm headers, no cats, magnaflow, and 3k stall. In the past I could run about 3 to 4 tens better at the other 1/8 mile track so I am going to it in the next 2 to 3 weeks before I get tuning and gas. SuperSport
i am sure that the tuning is going to make a big difference to your times and really let you take advantage of your mods that you have.
deezel
Were your previous times with the same mods? A big exhaust system with not much upgrades on the other side of the exhaust valves can cause some loss of low-end power. Your 60' time kinda agrees with this since stock SS's are putting down 2.1-2.2 60's - you would hope to be under 2.0 with that stall. I agree the tuning will help... good luck, and have fun
speedy
Are you comparing your winter times to your summer times? Your summer times are usually off alittle because of the heat.
2bseen
This is the first time this truck has been to any track but have ran with other cars at this track and went on same fuel and setup to the other 1/8 and ran 3 to 4 tens faster.
