ces63ss
Well they found the truck. It was parked in someones drive way. I went to go see the truck before it was impounded. looks like some front end damage on the bumper. did not pay much attention on the other stuff. looks like they were going to arrest a female that was there. Lojack once again payed off. I think I will put a large sticker on the truck that reads " I HAVE LOJACK INSTALLED.' hopefully that will make them move on to the next truck.... ces63ss
what sucks is were I live at is a nice area. Im next to culver city. Truck ended up in the ghetto... weird thing is last night the low fuel light came on. I was to lazy to fill it up and figured I would fill it up in the morning since my plan was to go to the beach early in the am for a bike right. The truck was found about 7 miles from my house. I think they had to put gas on it to get it there... I really hope they really arrest the dumb biatch .
idahoBLKss
well thats good news, hopefully its not trashed. need to install some sort of fuel shut off switch that you can turn off as your pulling into the driveway and let it run till it dies and runs out of gas that way if they try to start it with out turning the fuel cut off on it wont start... The night before wife and I went to dinner so I bypassed the kill switch so I dont have to tell the valet guy how to normally start the truck. Well I forgot to re activate the kill switch when I got home...
fernocy
I live in Los Angeles, too. About 2 miles from Culver City. I knew our trucks were head turners but didn't realize how much they are in demand to car/truck thiefs. I have a viper 7900 with remote paging, proximity sensors, glass breaking sensors, interior cab ultrasonic sensors and I'm thinking I need to add some kill switches, maybe turn on my onstar, and some sort of fuel cutoff device. After reading what happened to your truck, I think I better beef up my security. I'm just glad they found your truck and I hope whoever took it gets locked up quicker than the time it took to take your truck....a**holes!! SSplaytoy
Chances are the LoJack is located right behind the cluster. If you advertise to have it, they will find it and remove it and your truck won't be found as easily. Sorry to here about the bad luck man. I wouldn't sell it, just wire up a pressure sensor in the seat to the alarm and airbag with a secondary power source. If it's armed and a thief sits down, he will get the surprise of his life. As for the bitches house the truck was at, now you know where the fukers live in case LAPD fails toserve justice.

Move to LA and now look at me. Truck is a thief magnet. Cops said they were going to take the girl in and looking for her brother. They were going to give me the truck but when I told them my mother-n-law say their car in front of our house last night they said they were impounding it to print it and arrest someone. At that point the cop told me the biatches story kept changing. :banghead: thinking sss will go up for sale in a couple months and either go 2500hd diesel or tbss.
