Recommended Posts

FINALLY got around to give the SS some attention.

-Polished with Meguiars M205 with a Lake Country white pad

-Machine: The Flex

-Sealed with ZAINO Z5

-Topped with ZAINO Z8

-Rims ZAINO Z5

-Tires ZAINO Z16 (amazing stuff, basically soaks into the tires offering great protection and a light gloss/no sling)

Mind you, this is original paint at 128,000 miles!

trucks looking good man, how do you like the flex

Thanks!

The Flex is a great investment! Definitely a step ahead of the PC 7424. After using the Flex I do not see a need for a Rotary. However, with the miles that my SS has, I have to be careful with how aggresive I get with the polish/compound and pads. I need to get some clear coat readings.

Truck looks super sweet----- I've been wanting to try out the Megs 105/205 combo, but haven't found either polish....I've found some Megs polishes, but none of them have the 105 or 205 reference number.....Is that the actual product code on the bottle or...?.

looks good man i still like zaino products , love the leather cleaner Imo the pics after the sun went down looks much better. those are the magic momments for the best pics iirc its like 15 minutes before the sun comes up and 15 after it goes downyour truck still looks like its new . good too see black hold up so well . ,

a little fact for your miles if my math is still ok

128,000/14 mpg = 9,142 gallons @ 3.00 = $27,426
