The grill is only 4x6" so you might do more harm then good. You looking for more mid bass? I wouldn't waste your money on separates... A good coax would be fine. If you want more on the high end, then I recommend to upgrade your fronts (like more power, etc.). The rear speakers are just for fill and besides your ears aren't made to hear sounds from behind you(I don't even run rears in mine).
