dcairns Posted March 15, 2003 Report Share Posted March 15, 2003 XM is cool I didn't see anything about it in the paper work, but the XM people said I get my signup fee waived and 3 months free with my new truck Did manage to find a dead spot up against the Orange hills (on Chapman). But the silence is better than an earfull of static. Love the quality of the sound from the XM. The FM radio in the SS is good, but between the heavy compression that stations use and the high distortion levels inherent in FM broadcasts, XM is wonderful! All I got was the owners manual which I have not covered yet. XM Radio is only available in USA. The RPO code is U2K. There was a Canadian version but GM cancelled it.
