kwaves11
Drove though heavy rain last week and might have shorted the knock sensors. CEL is throwing P0327. Chevy dealership quoted me 680 to replace both sensors, a local mechanic said 500 and autozone said i might be able to do it myself and only spend like 80 bucks on sensors. Do you guys think this is really the problem and should I try it myself or just have it done professionally?
cadowns
Check out this thread from another forum Knock Sensors It may help you decide if you can handle this job or need help. It is not too bad, but you do need to torque the intake correctly or you will have a leak there next. Good luck. CD
