If you got the complete harness from the junk yard that also controls the lights and what not, it is easier to just swap harnesses out intead of taking the wiring loom apart and getting what you need. Should only take about 2hr. tops to swap out harnesses.

they come with their own fuse and relay box, replace the entire harness from the front to the distribution box. Just pull out the distribution box, release it and look under it, there are a few block bolted in, unbolt the green one and remove it. Follow it all and then reverse the process with the new one. its fairly simple but you might need another pair of hands to help you fish the new one in.

not to thread jack or anything, but on the black bear website do i buy the dual pin harness

w/2005+ OEM Fan Plug - $98

or

w/2005+ OEM Fan Plug & Overdrive Alternator Pulley

You need the dual pin harness, and as for alt, I would suggest you save your pennies and buy a 145amp alt. instead of getting the overdrive pulley for your stock 105amp alt. The plug depends on the Fans you are running. IF they are oem truck fans, you need the 05+ plug, or if they are the car fans (fbody/corvette) you need the ls1 style plug.
