Common guys can anyone simplify what this means or had similar problems?

What I may attempt to do is start checking the ohms on the injectors. You may find its beginning to fail. Ive been told GM injectors are JUNK to begin with so I wouldn't be surprised..

Check the driver side injector that's the closest to the firewall (#7). The plug may be dirty or a bit corroded. Also check the wires going to the plug. It may have a slight pinch or nick somewhere. Swapping that injector with another one to see if the code changes after a reset will tell you if the injector is bad too. If you do have a tester, it will make everything easier though.
