ChinoHillian
installed my 05 efans last night with the blackbear harness and they wont come on, not at all. the wires are plugged into the correct part of the ecu, and the positive is plugged into the red battery box and the negative is plugged onto the alternator bracket, as it said on the wires. misterp
Did you get a new tune in your PCM to actually activate the efan control circuitry? Testing your efans - take the tiny ECM wires and touch them to ground, the green one by itself should make the fans come on low speed and both wires grounded should make the fans come on high speed - this way at least you can determine if the problem is the control harness, or the PCM. chpspecial
The PCM is already tuned for the fans, I have a feeling it might be a fuse, or bad contacts
misterp
With a think jumper wire, ground the low-speed wire and see if you get efan activation; then ground both low & high speed wires and see if you get high-speed fan activation... ChinoHillian
well the harness and fans work fine. we fiddled with the pcm wires so much that we broke one of them. now i have to find another pin
Cramer
I bought 20 of the pins but I can't remember where I bought them from. If I can find then I will send you a few. I honestly don't know where I put them but i'll do a search for you.

misterp
What you are looking for is a "female Delphi Automotive MicroPack-100 Terminal" - Caspers Electronics sells them, I believe they charge 40-50 cents each - call them.
