jer-mike Posted December 14, 2010 Report Share Posted December 14, 2010 Sometimes when i open up my cutouts I get to differents sounds..... sometimes when i get on it......... its like it is something that is restricting the exhaust.... I dont know what it is.... then when it is really cold it runs fine like lt has no exhast restriction... somebody tell me what is going on can I have a bad hi flow cat, or i need to get a re-tune? zachm89 Posted December 26, 2010 Report Share Posted December 26, 2010 sounds like sometimes there not open all the way or only one opened. id say it is probably this...my cutout was doing that when i first got it because the butterfly valve was hitting the inside weld on the 3 bolt flange. ground down that weld a little bit with a dremel and installed 2 additional gaskets and now it works flawlessly.
