Black, hard top, gas lifts, locks with key, rubber seals around all four edges, water proof interior, removes in under 5 min., can withstand over 175 lbs on top of cover, weighs about 58 lbs. Minor scratches to regular wear and tear, No holes or major gashes/scrapes. Well taken care of.
