Good condition, has some minor scratches and blemishes, nothing sanding, primer and paint can't cover. Overall, in great condition! All original parts. Along with bumper, you will get the spare tire (cable drop system), and all necessary bolts to mount it. Prefer local pick up...unless you're willing to cover the shipping costs.
