The Officer's microphone is way to sensative to be picking up the Drunk's voice at that distance ... This video that we all know and love ... ... is a Fake ... Watch when the operator exits his vehicle, and picks up the ripped ticket. His voice volume never changes ... Secondly ... Yes it is possible to get a DWI/DUI/OUI while operating a skyjack. In Massachusetts, the Skyjack is considered a "Motor vehicle" by definition, as it was manufactured with a motor (of some sort) in it.
