Digital Gear Position Indicator Issues....

Hey guys,

Quick question. Has anyone ever had issues with their digital display that shows which gear you are currently in? The other day I noticed that mine wasn't as bright as it used to be and it steadily got worse to the point where now sometimes it wont light up at all or itll be soo dim that you can't see it unless its dark. I know this will sound funny but if you tap on the cluster itll usually get bright again so Im suspecting a bad solder joint or something of that nature. If anyone has info on this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen plenty of issues with these. Unfortunately there really isn't any easy or cheap way to fix it without buying a new cluster. It's not powered by a bulb so it's not a simple swap.
