67speeda
I did the exact same thing....lady stopped at a yield, left the intersection, then slamed the brakes 75 feet further at random because she "thought someone was merging"...... insurance cut a check for 2300 I fixed for 400..... rate never went up either. I was able to just push the fender in, new steel bumper, reuse plastic after a lot of massage with hairdryers new bumper supports bend my old crome grill back into place reglue the orginal plastic grill new headlight on pass side new headlight supports Trans cooler (tru cooler) did not get damaged it is 90% perfect. Truck has 120K on it and i stopped being really picky at 100K

90zxdriver
Whatever you do, make sure all the replacement parts are OEM GM parts, DO NOT allow aftermarket parts to be put on it!
