paulguy
So everybody is getting screwed. At least the girl at the gas station said `Nice truck`, right before she said`how do yo want to pay`. So I was happy for about half a second. The cost of buying a new DD that is comfortable, reliable, isn't beat or rusted to shit can typically outweigh the increase in gas prices sometimes, not to mention the additional insurance you'd have to pay. That being said, I'm gonna buy a 240sx to beat on and leave my poor gas eating SS alone for the summer
paulguy
I can`t do it, I can`t drive a pos when my beautiful SS is sitting there. The girlfriends crapalier gets like 40mpg but I don`t care, my truck is just too comfortable, powerful, shiny, etc.

But at the moment shes getting fixed from when I layed it down so im.having to bare the burden of the SS's gas bill. Which sucks. But its damn fun to drive. Ruben525
I love having a DD and leaving the SS at home. The SS only comes out on the weekends. I save money on gas plus don't put as much miles on the it. I drive about 90 miles round trip a day so I need a gas saver. I had a 92 civic for about 2 year I just sold it now I I'm driving a 01 s10 it's not that bad on gas but it dose take about 67 dollars to fill up but that's fine I love having an extra truck no need to load anything in the SS anymore. The highest I have seen chevron 91 here is 4.95 that was back when i was in high schooI (05/06) working at Denny's that sucked cuz I was putting 120 a week in my clone to get to work and back. canadianVRss
this is BS we need to do something. Big oil is getting waaay to greedy. Yes oil is high, but not THAT high!
jddmj
Gas moved up to $4.05 in Lexington, KY. First time I've seen regular go for over $4 a gallon since 2008 wow. Funny how gas goes up as oil had it's largest single day drop since 2008. We're $10 cheaper than this years high of $113 but in KY we've reached our yearly highest prices since 2008. Funny how it took $140 oil to put gas at $4 in 2007-2008 but we did it this year with only $104 oil. That math don't add up at all!! Its 3.85 down this part of the state. I thought about calling the law, and reporting 1st degree rape.
built04SS
I think its funny how if u watch the news and if oil goes up gas stations wont hesatate a second to run out side and change the prices on gas but when it goes down they wont change the price for like a week.... also i filled my diesel tractor up the other day with regular diesel not off road diesel and it was 30 cent less then 93 i dnt under stand it (93 goes for abt $3.80 a gal. Here)
