I am super happy I was able to lower it 4" in the front instead of the 3" I was expecting. These pictures were actually taken at Trick Trucks, the shop that installed the drop for me. stg313 Posted November 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 (edited) Turns out that lowering your truck 5 inches makes a Gibson catback system rub on your brake lines...... So here are a few pix of th cusom work to the exhaust to make it work, and also the rear sway bar which I was just now able to put on also! You can see in the last pic that we had to put a padded tape on the bed because the exhaust rubs right there when I hit a big bump! I also had to ditch the spare tire in order to run the dual exhaust out the back with that swaybar. All the clearances back there are super tight even without it! Truck is at the shop getting painted a we speak so look for another update on Monday!!!!!!!!
