8hnpSS
the heated seat elements burn out in these trucks. the element is the actual heating device in the seat. my yukons heated seat wont stay on for more than 5 seconds and it shuts off
Lefty
I had this very same issue a couple of times. As 8hnpSS mentioned, after a while the heating element burns out and develops a "short" or "open" condition. You can change all the relays or fuses you want, the only way to fix the issue is to have the element itself replaced.

8hnpSS
how much is this element running these days? i dont think its that expensive but from what i hear its a pain in the ass to install. i know you have to take the seat cover off and probably take the seat out of the truck
canadianVRss
Damn that sucks, I'm having the same problem. They stay on for like 1-3 seconds. Then I have to move my ass around a bit and turn the heat on again. It works eventually
