Yeah, the reason I use the chrome ones in the winter is because the chrome needs to be rechromed they look good but there definitely not right, some of the wheels have peeling issues with the chrome as someone before me also used them during the winter. Marzyn Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 I have absolutely 0 experience with chrome in the winter. Do you think a new set of wheels/tires is worth it/necessary to be used exclusively in the winter? I get a pretty decent amount of snow and therefor salt on the roads. I need new tires anyway and I've been looking at the Michelin LTX M/S2 for my new set.
