[email protected] Posted December 13, 2011 Report Share Posted December 13, 2011 been hearing this unusual noise lately when letting off the gas, and i can feel it in the front end too its almost like a faint grinding.... sounds fairly similar to a flat tire with the whomp whomp whomp noise but not really if u kinda get what im saying lol... anyways buddy of mine told me its probably the wheel bearing or something in the hub up front... really hoping its not too serious cuz i really dont feel like shoveling out the dough right now lol any advice is appreciated guys thanks so much (p.s. i dont get paid till two weeks from now think its safe to drive on?) - trev Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

f1ss Posted December 13, 2011 Report Share Posted December 13, 2011 Either the wheel barring or shes taking a dump soon imo. Have any video or noise clips of it? I was in another truck when the wheel barring and sounds similar but this was a Nissan truck....yes I know rice junk. Like stated some howling is normal but for this only happens when the wheel is turned tightly doing a 3 point turn in my driveway. I wouldnt drive it if the noise increases slightly.
