I was also looking at the Interstate Mega Tron Plus 78 ... My truck wouldn't lock the other morning. Didn't know what was up. Went to start it and it was dead. I have since jumped it and been running her around with no problems. Probably just a fluke ... But hey, 8 years on an OEM Delco battery is impressive ... Man, You should have waited till next weekend to buy one. You remember where I work, right?! Lol To the OP, I've always ran delco batteries and never had a problem.
