Deeznuts
Like to trade my awd train to a 2wd any takers
silverado777
Hope you are planning on beefing up your rear end. The 2wd SS has a 14 bolt for a reason. Your ten bolt will eventually give.

jm3907
What's different about the 14 bolt? I know its beefier but what are the difference's. 14 bolt FTW!

canadianVRss
o boy, here we go again not worth the swap bro. If you wanted a 2wd you should just trade it in or trade straight across the table for a 2wd. Or got a 2wd in the first place. GL with whatever you do. f1ss
I would trade it in for a 2wd SS, your tearing apart a perfectly great truck. You dont see an awd truck everyday...jmo but to each his own.
2bfast
One thing some do not realize is AWD and 2WD transmissions are different when it comes to the output shaft. Either a swap or replace output shaft will be needed.
kissfans03ss
Guys even if you did swap how would you perform the swap since I doubt you live near each other a the best way I could see it done is on a lift side by side. SSBlue24
Well I did the complete swap from a AWD to a RWD and let me say I'm happy with the swap. Just took too long to complete it.
