67speeda
once again i need your help my truck has an idle problem. The idle is rather rough and gets close to stalling at times. I changed the wires installed the correct iridium plugs new MAF clean throttle body new front 02 sensors it got better but is still not smooth. I seafoamed the the truck and it seemed to help a little. any other ideas?
Silverad0 SS
a turbocharger, that fixes everything! lol could it be the tune??
aasilveradoss
Try shooting a little either around the vac lines and LIM (not alot) i usually do this when the engine is cold to luke warm. If you have a vac leak the engine will rev up/run smoothly
zippy
I'm curious, what was wrong with the 02 sensors, maf, and spark plugs? You aren't just throwing parts at this I hope as that usually gets no where other than expensive. Give some info on the truck. What is done to it, what have you checked so far, how many miles are on it?

67speeda
sorry was away for a while...no internet 04 silverado ss AWD Brute force intake (think that is what it is called) long tube headers no cats delete rear 02's stock cat back (aftermarkets were too loud) 120K miles 2600rpm stall billet converter performabuilt level 3 trans large trans cooler zippy: i had a code for a MAF issue. forgot what it was. It cleared and never came back but i got a new one for 30 bucks so i put it on.... 02's had 120K on them, so i changed them. no codes it was due for plugs and wires the idle got better with these parts but still stumbles a little at idle. before it felt like it was about to stall
