onebadmax Posted July 28, 2012 Report Share Posted July 28, 2012 Hey guys what would you recommend as far as heads and cam for a tvs2300 jack shaft on a stock lq9 with full bolt ons. Not looking for a record breaker, but want something I can grow into. Should I switch over to l92 style heads? Or go with proven aftermarket cathedral port heads? Will the 2300 even work with cathedral port heads? I want a stock like idle, so I was thinking about a LPE GT2-3 for the cam? Also to throw a curve ball, the 2300 will be the last thing to go on, so I would like for the heads and cam to perform at least decent NA. Wanting to use the stock 6 rib setup, like I said, Im not looking to break records here. I want a solid street machine (for now).
