(DJMkit) Wheels: 20 inch American Racing (Burns) painted all black Motor: LS1, XR269HR COMP CAM, BeeHive Valve springs, trick flow chromoly pushrods, COMP Hydraulic lifters, Clevelite bearings, 5.3l intake manifold, Shortie headers when can find some. Slammed05 Posted September 3, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 3, 2012 Well I got the old 5.3ltr out and installed the ls1 5.7ltr in it. Got everything hooked up. Got the computer retuned and installed. Turn the key none of the gauges registered went crank and you get nothing no sound from the starter trying are anything. Jumped the starter it clicks. So it's good. Getting fuel to injectors. But does nothing just dead silence. Is it the computer are something else. The odometer reads. The battery gauge reads nothing, but battery is brand new. And the lights on all the gauges stay on and the odometer stays on after u take the keys out. have to undo battery to get them to turn off.
