drewmech
Looking for the next weekend project for my truck. It's time to climb underneath and change some fluids figured while i was under there I'd swapp tp a deep aluminium tranny pan. Was wondering what everyone else was running? Also anyone have a stud girdle on the rear differental? Also anyone have part number for the energy suspension bushing kit?
silverado777
The only deep pans i have seen are from B&M ($170) and TCI ($300). I don' think a lot of people use them due to the cost. I think your money might be better spent of a larger tans cooler if you don't already have one. I have a ARP Stud kit and TA diff cover on my 10 bolt. It handled the power of my supercharger well. But if you are going to dot hat you might as well get rid og the G80 and go with a true trac. IMO I think your best best is to just call energy suspension and get the part number for the whole kit just to make sure you get it right. juriha
I have a Mag-Hytec tranny pan, thing is a work of art. To bad you never see it, however they aren't cheap, but I'm taking every precaution to not burn up my FLT...
