Akslowroller
Has anyone tried re-upholstering their headliner? I am wanting to do mine and my interior guy said 600. I am thinking I could do it myself with a few tips. Anyone??
MobbinSS
Yes, I wrapped my headliner in black suede. Also did my door panels. And that panel where the lock and unlock thing goes side to side. What material are you planning on using?
ThatTallCanadian
I did mine myself, with "black suede look" (fake suede) for $30 bucks. Its easy.
Akslowroller
Hahaha yeah I'm looking at doing black suede. So did you just pull all the old material off and glue down the suede?
Blick05SS
I just called a guy about doing mine and got quoted 225 with suede as well

ThatTallCanadian
you can't really take the old stuff off, just use a LOT of fabric adhesive and take your time stretching it overtop. Once it's all laid down cut the edges to fit and staple the back or something.
MARTYW
Hey Gavin, wasn't it you that has the zebra print sun visors?
Akslowroller
I've decided to go to a salvage yard and buy a spare to re-cover. I am scared to destroy my completely good and fine headliner.

MARTYW
I thought they looked cool. My visors are stock, but the last owner put huge SS stickers over the factory safety labels. I need to do something with mine. I like the flashy-ness of those!
