Tried to build one and it didn't give me the option. In that case. Bye bye SS... Sent from my ADR6425LVW using Tapatalk

canadianVRss
im not for sure, but i don't think thats a good idea lol i think your supposed to be boosted first before you switch too a cooler plug. yeah i know what you mean i started buying all my stuff for my turbo build a little over a year ago!!! I'm almost there =) Funny how that works eh? I'm gathering parts for a l92 head intake and boost friendly cam swap. It takes time :-/ yeah I'm not too sure how healthy the tr6s are but for now I'll live with it.
silveradoss_3
The 6.2L has 403 HP stock vs our 345HP. With 417 ft/lb tq vs our 385 ft/lb tq. The denali also has a 3.42 rear end. Atleast in the new one. Not to mention curb weight of an SSS is around 5000-5100 lbs. With the denali sitting around 5300-5500lbs. and they have the 6 speed transmission right? Hankg42
I had a CAI and a PCM4Less tune in my SS. My Sierra Denali is stock. Just by the seat of the pants, the Denali feels a bit faster. I ran a 14.59 with my SS; haven't run the Denali yet. I don't think it has 4.10 gears, though. I'm pretty sure it's 3.42, as mentioned. It's a really nice truck, but I also can't say that I like it more than my SS.
The_aSSet
I may be slow lol seems they do have 3.42 gears no wonder they pull good up top. My bad lol
lilindy500
Saw a newer Denali race at the local 1/4 mile track this past Friday. He ran a 14.14, 13.90, 13.92 and a 13.96 but I don't remember what any of the MPH were. I'm not sure what all he had done, but definitely had exhaust it sounded great! chawkins6789
GMT-900 Denalis have 3.42 and the 6 Speed, GMT-800 had the same powertrain setup as the SS except 2002-2004 had Quadrasteer and 05-06 were crew cab. Now I'd Like to see one of you guys mess with an NHT. 6.2, 6 speed, and 3.73's

He Dyno tuned one of his customers (crew cab 4x4 6.2) recently and took it to the track. In 4wd on stock tires it ran 14.00. In 2wd with some DRs it ran 13.71. That is with NOTHING but a tune. Another customer of his has LTs, full exhaust, CAI and a tune and ran 13.26 on shorter DRs.
