bigvette Posted September 12, 2004 Report Share Posted September 12, 2004 Wel, I finally (after 26 year layoff) got the opportunity to run the SS down the 1/4 mile.. I forgot how much fun it is. Still having trouble getting the 5100 lb. sled to launch, but was pretty pleased with the end results. 1st pass = .616 rt, 2.3 = 30', 6.452 at 330 ', 9.902 at 1/8 at71.75 mp, 12.844 at 1000' and 15.377 at 88.6 mph at 1/4 2nd pass = .467 rt, 2.275 at 30', 6.401 at 330', 9.824 at 72.33 mph for 1/8, 12.749 at 1000', and 15.272 at 89.05 mph for 1/4. only mods are AEM Cold Air intake with Flowmaster 50 and PCM program... Like I said - it was fun (we had a Jegs free day at the track for employees). Wish my grandkids hadn't got so tired, that we had to leave before we began employee runoffs..
