Cramer Posted November 21, 2012 Report Share Posted November 21, 2012 I am meeting with my supplier on Friday to get pricing on materials for these and a few other parts I will be producing shortly. Mid week next week I will have a final total. I will start a thread this weekend on options that will be available as well as my draft of the part. Thanks for the props Earl. Like for example if I got black powder coated ones I could get a stainless insert for the ss in them! Cramer Posted November 24, 2012 Report Share Posted November 24, 2012 I met with the supplier today and we ran some material costs around. Stainless in both mill finish and mirror finish would be very expensive and would put the parts out of most peoples price range on these. We came to an agreement on using 6061 aluminum for the material. The pricing and all details will be done this week and I will start a new thread when I get all my needed info.
