If you did a spindle and spring for a 3" drop in the front, put the stock spring back in. And tip, find one you like and have someone weld it on. The rear fenders always look too round for the front of the truck . . . just my opinion, but I think once you level that drop out and get some rims it'll make a HUGE difference. hank Posted October 4, 2004 Report Share Posted October 4, 2004 i did a 5" 7" drop on my ex-wifes 2000 silverado. that thing was slammed. had a hard time getting over speed bumps with how far forward the cross member was infront of the front wheels... djm drop.
