CoolBlueSS
My case started leaking after 150K miles on the bottom, and I thought the worst. But, there's no hole, and the seal is clean. I found out there is a rubber plug on top of the case on the output shatf hosing that can spew fluid out. I've seen some posts about about having seals replaced, but still leaking may want to check that out.
tayldss
Thanks for the post. After changing seals, I ended up finding a hole and replaced the whole transfer case with a rebuilt w/1yr warranty. If it starts leaking anytime soon... I'm gonna flip. But will check that plug!
