I got rear ended by a Tractor trailer...ugh And the insurance (my Insurance) is offering me $13,300 minus deductable and mileage $12,270....so the hunt goes on to find me another one...no less... equal maybe alittle better. they said the frame is bentbut with the bed off it didnt look like it had any damage? Mine was rear ended at 55 MPH by a Full size SUV and I was able to drive it home. Glad to see your ok. CaboRob Posted December 31, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 31, 2012 ...yeah the bed did hit the cab which in turn caused the rear window to blow out... And yes very fortunate to be able to walk away and drive... I have really considered writing to GM thanking them for building such a strong vehicle.. This is the second rear end collision it took the first was by a STS at 50 mph and the rear section of the Frame was replaced at Faulkner GMC..
