cb2big4u
So as far as reverse lights. It will fit right into the 3157 spot without rtv and modification? If so that sounds pretty good. rdavid0412
Got any write ups or picsof the back of the taillights. I think the wiring for the balasts will be pretty straight forward
K.Brown Customs
No rtv, cutting or anything like that the bulb just plugs right in the housing. they work on all housings that use a 3156 or 3156 bulb holder Ive put them in all year superduty's and GM full size trucks KB- look at how much light is on the ground on the HID side, compared to the stock side. cb2big4u
I have to say, that's pretty ****ing badass. They would pop on when you hit the unlock button too. I need to get me a set soon enough. Never wanted to do it because I didn't want to do the whole silicone crap. rdavid0412
Do you still have the option as to the color of the bulbs with these kits as well?
K.Brown Customs
yup! I love how they kick on when you hit the unlock button! Fact is... there's a whole lot of light that pours out of these things. And there's NO LED bulb available that will flood out this much light. roll with HIDs in your housing, and you'll never be able to tell they are even there... well, until you kick it in reverse and headlights shine back wards! K.Brown Customs
Full Circle-- yes! I recommend 4300k or 5000k since they are flat out the brightest but, you can do any color you want in the pic above is 5k, but they just kicked on and are still cold. MID12sSSS
So would you recommend 4300ks over 5000ks? Is there a big difference? I am also interested in a reverse light kit. I know we are PMing right now. You can just send me the details.
K.Brown Customs
Honestly, I think 5K is perfect. 4,300K is a lil too yellow for my taste. but that's just my opinion and really, 5,000k and 4,300k only have a difference of about 100 or 200 lumens 4,300K is the brightest color of ALL ((NO BLUE what so ever)) 5,000K is 2nd brightest (( just a tad... not much )) 6,000K is 3rd brightest (( still a low blue color, but a lil more than 5k )) KB-
MID12sSSS
Okay 5k it is. Ill give 'em a shot. I got your invoice. How much for reverse kit?

RebelOne
Have you tried this for the DRL's yet?
K.Brown Customs
DRL's no. have you seen my 9w LED's I installed? they are badazz! I tried to put HIDs in my old stock housings, I put a 35w ballast on them and left them on for testing, and they melted the lens.
