No rtv, cutting or anything like that

the bulb just plugs right in the housing.

they work on all housings that use a 3156 or 3156 bulb holder

Ive put them in all year superduty's and GM full size trucks

I have to say, that's pretty ****ing badass. They would pop on when you hit the unlock button too. I need to get me a set soon enough. Never wanted to do it because I didn't want to do the whole silicone crap.

yup!

I love how they kick on when you hit the unlock button!

Fact is... there's a whole lot of light that pours out of these things.

And there's NO LED bulb available that will flood out this much light.

roll with HIDs in your housing, and you'll never be able to tell they are even there... well, until you kick it in reverse and headlights shine back wards!

Honestly, I think 5K is perfect.

4,300K is a lil too yellow for my taste. but that's just my opinion

and really, 5,000k and 4,300k only have a difference of about 100 or 200 lumens

4,300K is the brightest color of ALL ((NO BLUE what so ever))

5,000K is 2nd brightest (( just a tad... not much ))

6,000K is 3rd brightest (( still a low blue color, but a lil more than 5k ))
