f1ss
I am not familiar with those, but their are threads on Long Tube headers under the name "Long Tubs" and "where to get bolt-ons." Their is some info on those two threads to help you out if you decide with ARH, Dynatech or Pacesetter. Hopefully someone with CalSpeed's can chime in. Also our stock mufflers are di/do. With the Y pipe you would have to change the muffler, I would also recomend getting a new muffler to get rid of the heavy stock muff and purchase a better flowing one that is less weight like magnaflow, borla, gibson. Hope this helps a little.

2003_SuperSport
Does anyone know what I have to do to make these headers work on my 2004 silverado ss awd???? Calspeed & performance stainless steel 1 3/4 long tube headers with 3" stainless y pipe for 99 to 09 silverado Product code CSP SILVERADO 99-09 HEADERS Thanks I heard they were not a direct fit and need some modification to one of the primaries to clear... You may want to look into pacesetters, or OBX LT's for a reasonable price header.

chawkins6789
Yea I'll give them a tomorrow maybe they have an option that will work if those don't. They do a lot of truck builds like mine. I went from a 4.8 to a 6.0. They do 408 builds and what not. I have seen a few ss's in their lot and one was arrival blue so I know that have dealt with awd before Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using Xparent Red Tapatalk
JC03SS
I know for a fact that the 1 7/8 won't work on the Awd. Not sure about 1 3/4 tho.
[email protected]
I wonder if the routing of the pipe is too close to the front drive shaft that's not normally there on 2wd?
chawkins6789
OK. He said they will not fit. I asked why and he said the piping will run into the front driveshaft and transfer case. They don't have any in their brand for an AWD Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using Xparent Red Tapatalk
