diggerdan11
There is also a fix for it, there is a company that makes a longer locking mechanism, it works pretty well but its not perfect. The only real solution to make the rear windows completely seal them up

Blown 346
All you have to do is remove the door panel, open the window, grab a pair of pliers and a towel. Put the towel in between the pliers and place them on the metal by the window latch and slowly tweek the metal. remove the pliers and close the window. Do this until the window is closed, push on the window, if the window doesnt move it will seal alot better. You will also feel the latch become more firm. Worked for me and havent had a problem since. There is a thread on it if you google silverado rear window wind noise on one of the silverado forums. patrick4317
I had bad wind noise around 50 mph and up. Got to looking and there was a screw inside the window frame that was loose tightened it up and now no noise even at over a 100 mph
