Thatdavidkid Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 First off, I am into clean factory looking "stuff" so I don't want any chrome lights or anything off the wall like that but I broke a light yesterday (long long story but it fell out and smacked te ground while I was driving home and I won't go into the rest of it.) so I'm wondering if the 04 lights are the best ones? Or if there's something out there I can get that look even better. I don't think I'd like any trim around my light or I'd just come up with something to cover the damaged part cause it only got the top edge. Any ideas? They are more expensive than the Ebay ones but I think the quality is much better and they also look better. Blown 346 Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 The only difference between the 03 and the newer taillights is the older ones (03) doesnt have the black outline around them. Just make sure if you go the route of aftermarket that you make sure the new lights are sealed. I have seen to many start to leak as they are almost always made in China and arent of the best quality. I went and bought a pair of stock lights and a third brake light from a guy on ebay who only uses Stock OEM lights and tints them professionally with automotive paint and clear.
