tire rack is saying The factory wheel width is 8.5". Using wheels 9.5" or wider may rub on the driver's side bumper cover.

i dont plan on changing the OD of the tire when i buy the tires but does anyone have a 9.5 tire and does it rub?. dont want any unexpected rubbing

Mine is stock height. With 305/40/22. Mine rubs once in a while in reverse. Not enough to do any damage. I think the offset makes some difference. And no. I don't know what my off set is. Lol
