Mossberg 751T

BLNAWAY

Recommended Posts

Well over the weekend I struck a deal with my cousin he was looking to get rid of a few things. So I bought his amp a 1700.1 and his mossberg 751T. I end up getting the rifle real cheap only paid 175 for the gun,a red dot sight,2mags and case. Which I didn't think was a bad deal. It's a nice lil target shooting gun, and cheap on ammo as it shoot 22lr

This is how I picked it up minus the red dot that I had took off before pic

And how it looks now added 2 grips and larger sight. Still need to get a led light and possibly bipod

got the same one myself. cheaply made, thats why its cheap haha. a lot of people have problems with the 715T but if you strip it down and go over all the roughly machined parts with some light sand paper and oil er up good when you buy it, it'll drastically reduce the FTF problems these guns have been having. The cabelas i bought mine from said they have a %40 return rate on them  ! you cant buy a gun like this for around the $200 mark without expecting to have to give it a little love when you buy it! :) happy shooting!

I have the flat top model for my son and have never had any problems with it. They are a lot more than 200 new though. just that 25 round mag you have is hard to get and not cheap I still haven't got one.

Yours didn't come with one from mossberg?

That 751T reminds me of my S&W MP15-22 that thing is a blast to shoot and cheap too in 22lr

I wonder how the quality really compares to the Smith and Wesson... with eight 25rd and four 35rd I can run through a bulk box in no time. The 35rds tend to jam if loaded to max capacity.

nice buy, 175 is a deal without any firing problems :) I was lucky to snag my magazines and bulk 22lr before they all doubled in price
