Black Beast
I kinda want the polished 22's because I dont like how shiny chrome is... Just isnt for me. Any experience with the quality of the polished rims? Hard to maintain?? Also, Black is in the picture as well, but Im worried that It's gonna look ridiculous. lol. I like the stock look and I'm afraid black is too much. What I REALLY want, is the SSS 22 in the painted look, not chrome. No luck on that though... SMH. questions questions questions.... Blick05SS
polished will be a PITA to keep clean and maintain
Black Beast
polished will be a PITA to keep clean and maintain That's my fear... Pain to keep clean... but they dont have that deep mirror finish like chrome... That's the benefit.
JC03SS
I'd do chrome or polished. Black is to dull for my taste. If I go rims I want people to see them not stare and say awww damn wtf wheels were those
Black Beast
Haha^^^ I think Im going to go with polished. Wondering how durable they are... not trying to worry about them pitting all the time... Gonna head over to TBSS.com and ask those guys how the polished 22s hold up. 1BAD2K
Too many people already ride around on black for me. FYI the polished veraion of the tbss reps are clear coated. They require the same maintenance that painted wheels do.
BlueAKSSS
I say Polished! My parents TBSS has two sets of the factory polished wheels and they are super easy to clean. Pretty much just wash them and they shine! Edited September 26, 2013 by Matt* (see edit history)
Black Beast
Really?!? Sweet! Thanks Guys! I was thinking they would be the kind that easily tarnished, and pitted, and I'd be out there with polishing pads trying to shine 'em up. Thanks. Helps out a lot.
